Our body is our Divine navigator, announcing it’s presence whenever we make a choice- the consequence tells us whether we are acting with God or choosing to act against what is right and true in the big picture. Our body is our personal Grace Indicator as to whether we are acting with love and compassion or whether we’re choosing selfish motives and egoic direction. As we journey within in reflection and honesty we rise the high-rise of reality from the main floor of tribal conformism and populist demagoguery towards the penthouse of illuminated and enlightened perception of truth where we see beyond the subjective egoic narcissist cravings, to a level of being where we make the best choices and have the finest digestion because we understand that life is prayer when we choose by consequence and we interact with compassion and reverence.
Disease and illness are signs that we’ve strayed away from listening to our Divine Navigator, we have strayed from our organic divinity, (expression coined by Caroline Myss) we have become lost in our mental constructs of cravings and the emotional acting out of them and getting lost in consumption of food which is not good for our body. The inflammatory process is our body’s way to tell us we have strayed from God. It’s the body’s mechanism to inform us that we’ve made some choices without conscience, without attention to the truth of consequences.
When others around us see us levitate and label us as being ‘old soul’ or ‘ascended Master’ they say that because they feel separate and can’t identify with that level of being, however once one goes within, and witnesses the emptiness of one’s being, one frees oneself not only to the possibility of levitating but to actually having the experience.
The dharma or teaching is the path, the sangha or community is the public forum for being seen and witnessing our prayer or connection to our God within.
