I have chosen not to begin any new blogs since June 2017. I have instead chosen to tweak some of my past blogs, adding insights when they arise, and choose to spend more time on the spiritual realm of my existence building the rainbow bridge towards the astral plane.
2018 has become for me a year to deepen my physical techniques as a ‘RAPID’ adhesion release practitioner in my clinic having taken the Upper Body techniques in February and will be taking the Lower Body techniques in June.
I have begun to incorporate these techniques in my clinic for frozen shoulder, neck, jaw, and head issues which respond quickly. These techniques target the fascia and connective tissues which connect tendons, muscles, and bone. The location and release of adhesions assists the nociceptors to become desensitized and are re-educated to the new range of motion without triggering a pain response.
These continuing education credits for my massage therapy association are a continuation of a two day course I took in September 2015 on Myo-fascia Release focusing on the spine, and vagus nerve ventral sternal and visceral pathway.
