Pranic healing as modern shamanism

This talk is inspired by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui and the teachings which he has shared with Humanity. I’ve discovered his teachings on modern pranic healing in 2007 and have been a practitioner since then. I have before, back in 1991 experienced a shamanic experience with a Shaman from Minnesota, who took our group on a canoe trip into the lower/inner world and retrieved our spirit power animals. It is since this time that I started reading more on shamanism and witnessed the power of using the drum and rattle to invoke the spiritual helpers and to attract the negative spirits to the Shamans’ bait which he/she held in their mouth to remove the negative entities from the ill or diseased patient. My studies of the aboriginal medicine wheel , the use of colours, and directions for healing practices has assisted me in synthesizing this knowledge.
These practitioners/shamans are still performing their skills in communities which contain remnants of superstition and dedicated belief to these ancient practices.
However in urban centers this practice has been modified and the superstition has been replaced with verifiable scanning techniques which can detect the presence or absence of negative or diseased elementals which may be causing disease. Unlike allopathic medicine which attributes most illness to external sources which are environmental, nutritional, or chemical, the shamanic tradition attributes illness to both external but mostly internal sources.
The rattle and drum have been replaced with invocation of the higher realm of spiritual helpers, angels and archangels, ascended Masters and Great Ones who have transitioned to the astral and causal planes and who watch out for our spiritual health and wellbeing. We invoke their Divine help, guidance and protection as we attempt, often successfully, to remove negative diseased energy and entities from the patient’s aura and chakras/organs.
The modern pranic healing techniques differ from Reiki through the emphasis on scanning, cleansing, and energizing as three distinct separate techniques followed by stabilizing and releasing.
The healing process begins with the ownership of the diseased state by the patient without knowing its origin as either external or internal or karmic. Ownership of the diseased state sets up the foundation for preparing to release the tired, depleted or diseased energies from the body, chakras, and aura.
Negative energies and entities (thoughts and emotions) linger around the chakras which are affected and swim in the aura which surrounds the body. The General Cleansing Sweeping technique cleans the aura and the local cleansing targets the chakras and organs affected. Purification is necessary to assist the removal of the negative energies as well as a spirit of openness and receptivity to assist in integrating the prana offered by the practitioner to the patient.
But before the patient is ready to receive any fresh prana from the universe the patient must be cleansed and purified with removal of the dirty tired diseased energies from the chakras and aura. The practitioner uses a combination of incense, essential oils and alcohol to cleanse the area where the healing is taking place to assist in the removal of negative energies, entities, and elementals.
After the diseased area(s) of the body has(have) been identified and cleansed the energizing can proceed to strengthen the body for future healing time. Just like any medication offered to a patient has a lag time for integration into the circulatory system and into the tissues so does prana need some lag time to integrate into the etheric body / chakras and then into the organs and tissues.
We thank the inner world, the ascended Masters and Great Ones for these teachings, Lord Mei Ling, Lord Padmasambhava, and Lord Rama of the same lineage. We thank the Great Ones, Lord Christ and Lord Buddha for their Divine insights and wisdom and teachings of love and compassion, accurate perception and correct expression.
It is with constancy of aim and effort, moderation, generosity, honesty, love and kindness, inner reflection and firm resolutions to do better that we can sustain health and wellness, joy and bliss despite what occurs around us.
Additional thanks and blessings to Maha atma Yogananda Paramhansa for Divine guidance and direction.
Blessings and Namaste.
