How do we know if we make a difference?

This is part of the discussion which we have with ourselves whenever we ask: Am I making a difference in my world by my work, my actions, my contribution to Humanity?
The answer is usually positive on most days whenever I feel that I’ve accomplished or sustained acts of goodwill and service to others or to myself.
Looking after one’s holistic health is equally important as performing acts of service. Healing begins at home first before we can offer healing services to others.
To offer a helping hand doesn’t require any special skills, only determination, focus, and commitment.
The axiom: ‘healer heal thyself’ applies to anyone offering health services whether a physician, therapist or practitioner, nurse, or technician.
It’s equally important to maintain our etheric hygiene, something which is made possible with pranic self-healing techniques. cleansing our auras and chakras, removing any negative emotional and mental thought forms from our auras and chakras with pranic psychotherapy, and using salt baths and exercise to flush out negative emotions and thoughtforms from our auras.
Pranic healing promotes a holistic approach to health incorporating the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of a person.
Meditation is another tool for balancing our energy/matter symmetry, acting as a step-down transformer of refined subtle Divine energies which we access during meditation, while we allow coarse dense energies from our lower chakras to be refined and stepped-up through our connection to the Divine through our Crown chakra. Meditation allows us to refine our DNA which is being transmuted from carbon into crystalline structure.
We share energies both coarse and subtle with those we encounter in our daily lives: we share our peace and serenity as well as sharing our stress, anxiety, and fears. We share our density and gravity or we share our light heartedness and enlightened being.
We choose which kind of transformer we want to be for others, either transmitting coarse lower energies of fear, anger, and hate, or higher refined energies of peace, love, compassion, and empathy.
We can act as ego-driven separatist agents perceiving ourselves as solo actors on this planet or we can perceive ourselves as inter-connected energy-based souls living in physical bodies taking positive actions to improve ourselves and the lives of those we encounter, participating in creative evolution.
The choice is always ours to perceive our external environment as negative, threatening, and hostile or to embrace the world with faith, trust, love, hope and radiance.
Our behaviour mirrors what’s going on inside, what we believe about ourselves and about the world, how we feel about ourselves in confidence, strength and courage, and how we deal with our history of woundedness and brokenness. We need to polish the mirror so that with clarity or perception we can make better choices.
Let’s choose to be One, to meditate with love and hope, and to connect to those who raise our vibrational frequency to more pure and subtle regions of being. Let us radiate the positive qualities which inspire others to become brighter and blissful beings.
