I find that most of my clients who come to see me have issues with control, with wanting to control their environments to manage stress- thinking that being in control will make the stress vanish. Unfortunately they are mistaken in their logic, the stress doesn’t vanish, it just hides somewhere in the body. The key to releasing stress which hides in tight muscles and joints as arthritis is stretching, moderate activity, and mostly surrender with accompanied breathing, focusing on the exhalation.
One cannot inhale without exhaling, one will blow up, figuratively. One needs to exhale and focus one’s attention on surrender- letting go, removing one’s identity with mind and thoughts and emotions and body.
It is by feeling one’s emptiness that one can feel freedom from stress and ‘being in control’.
It is with a combination of massage therapy and pranic healing that I tackle the issue of misplaced identity and the need to control to guarantee ourselves a false sense of security and safety.
Our efforts to resist change, to catastophize difficult events thinking that things will never get better, and making choices without thinking of intended and unintended consequences lead us to increased stress and suffering.
Acceptance and surrender are better tools for dealing with change, cycles, and consequences which are all three natural universal states of reality. When combined with Meditation of Twin Hearts focusing on personal heart and universal crown doing service and blessing Humanity with love and kindness, then one becomes closer to peace, love, joy, and eternal bliss.
Blessed are we for being born human beings, able to purify our souls and reduce our cosmic universal suffering, grateful are we for having the yearning for spiritual truth, and so grateful are we who have a Master or Teacher who can show us the shortcuts towards heaven, peace, joy, bliss, and enlightenment.
Thank you Master Choa Kok Sui.
Namaste to all. Blessings to all. May you find surrender and emptiness today.
