Love like Words must be shared to be transformative

May 9, 2013 Love like words must be shared to become transformative and to become alive. Words uttered in isolation fall on deaf ears, like the tree which falls in the forest with no one to hear or witness it; similarly love must be offered or given to someone in order for it to become alive and to blossom like a flower which opens when exposed to the love and light of the sun with its radiant heat accompanied by soil nutrients and life force prana. The flower receives the love of life from the Universe and although its consciousness may appear primitive it is inter-connected to ‘all that is’ through its roots, its beauty, and its essence. The flower contains within itself the genetic information which describes and defines its process of its total existence, growth, decay, and transformation into other more basic elements, cells, molecules, atoms, prana, etc. This script can be altered by external circumstances which vary such as environmental factors such as changes in sunlight, moisture, water, food, and heat. How much poorer would Humanity be should we not have the wealth of words and love which has been shared throughout recorded time with such expressions as :’to be or not to be, that is the question’. Humans are the same as flowers, just more complex in our anatomy, physiology, and consciousness. When I observe a field of lavender as far as the eye can see the blue of the flowers marries with the blue of the sky and ocean and reflects shades of colour and uniqueness and specialness. Similarly by my actions and choices I am able to distinguish myself from other humans and although the same can express my uniqueness and specialness. The perception that I have control over my choices is perhaps an illusion and there perhaps is a super-conscious reality which knows the outcome of any one of my multiple choices however, in the end, the choice I make is predictable on past performance, as most people are creatures of habit and subject to predictability and constancy, and desire for security and stability. There are the rare individuals who thrive on risk and change and unexpected outcomes. These individuals are marginalized and ostracized from society because their behaviours are unpredictable and therefore perceived as unstable and unreliable, therefore, less valuable or predictable. This goes against our innermost deepest habitual social needs for security, stability, and predictability when seeking relationship and social intercourse. We are generally disenchanted with individuals who are not sociable, who are self-centered and who perceive themselves to be the focus of the universe and attempt to make themselves the center of attention in social discourse. Oblivious to the etiquette of social discourse these individuals are frustrated in their unmet expectations that everyone else should pander to their every wish and desire. This results in increased repressed anger which eventually gets expressed inappropriately and results in violence, injury, pain and more suffering for all those involved.
